As a dear friend of mine calls it... Coffee is Happy in a Cup!
There is nothing quite like a good cup o java... It is unfortunate in some ways that summer has come.. (i can't believe i just said that!) because there is a bit of an affinity to me of gaining warmth from coffee... and unbelievably... a cold coffee... or iced coffee and even a frappaccino is just a bit off to me... not quite what i am wanting.. yet when i am out.. and it is time for a break, or a beverage... i just can't seem to get my brain around the new options that i SHOULD be choosing in this hot weather.
Do you QUIT the addiction of this delightful beverage when the weather turns balmy... or is it all about ROUTINE for you?
these and other pressing questions rattle around in my head...

:) Coffee in any season in any temperature is always a delight in my mind. One can give up many things - but there's something about that first cup in the a.m. with the Father that makes life seem good and fair.
I always get it extra hot - no matter what the temperature outside. The other day I purchased an extra hot latte from starbucks and it was 30 degrees outside. They looked at my like I was crazy, but I let them know that I embrace the heat. Why not? Go with what you like. (Although, I do like frappuccinos and such from time to time!)
I usee to ask my mom how on earth could she drink not coffee in the middle of a hot summer day and she told me it would help her cool down. Go figure.
Have to have my cup in the AM, gets me ready for the day whether it is a cold winter one or a hot summer day (hoping there is more of these days to come)!
