Good morning. I am sitting... with my almost 2 year old here beside me (who is watching my typing spellbound...) and my 3 year old (just barely 3) is over on the couch maneuvering my IPOD for a game. It is almost disturbing how much interest they have in technology and how we have such a different family than would have existed only 10 years ago.... what a world!
anyway
I wanted to write on my blog daily... as you can tell that has not been the case as of late. but I am here now so I will take the moments as they come.
“[Praise to the LORD] LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise
your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things,
things planned long ago.” Isaiah 25:1 NIV
I am just amazed at how many ways and how many times God clarifies & reminds us of His ways. That He has plans and purposes we may not understand and that they were done before we were even born, but they are perfect and they are full of the remarkable Love of God. His ways are not mine... but He is God after all and I am not... so I will stand in trust of His immeasurable goodness and believe His Word, knowing my life is in great and capable hands....
I am convicted that it only takes the faith the size of a mustard seed to MOVE a mountain.... yet I am lacking even that by speaking the lies that I worry about something in my life. Worry is just my lack of faith. I have so much to learn and so far to grow to become Faith-fillled. I praise God for the opportunities to learn from Him on these truly important things.
